With their 75th Anniversary coming up in 2013, Colaisde Na Gàidhlig is as vibrant as ever, offering visitors the opportunity to experience true Nova Scotia Gaelic culture and traditions.

With extensive educational programming, the campus comes alive with students of all ages, throughout the year. The extensive summer session offers students a chance to study true Gaelic music, dance, and craft, with some of the best instructors Nova Scotia has to offer.

Situated in beautiful St. Ann's, Cape Breton, the 350-acre property of the College boasts incredible scenery, newly renovated residences, and manicured grounds. First and foremost a school for the promotion and preservation of Gaelic culture, the College also offers visitors a totally unique cultural experience. Learn some history of the Gaelic settlers to this area in the Great Hall of the Clans, take in an evening ceilidh, or enjoy a traditional milling frolic. Colaisde Na Gàidhlig has something for all ages.

With an international reputation for its contribution to the promotion and preservation of traditional Gaelic culture, Colaisde Na Gàidhlig now offers instruction in over ten disciplines, and year-round learning and fun. Suggested Experiences

Learn to play traditional fiddle or pipes, learn to stepdance or learn the Gaelic art of weaving at one of the summer educational sessions.
